Call for Proposals for IOPTMH member organisations to Promote Mental Health Physiotherapy
The IOPTMH is excited to announce a call for proposals for Member Organizations to develop and support projects promoting mental health physiotherapy. The intention is that the proposed activities promote the field of mental health physiotherapy at a regional, national or international level.
We now invite eligible member organizations of the IOPTMH, to submit their proposals for consideration. The submission period will be open from July 1st, 2023 to October 30th, 2023.
Submission Criteria include:
Objective: The proposed activities should aim to promote the field of mental health physiotherapy at a regional, national, or international level.
Eligibility: IOPTMH member organizations with the right to vote are eligible to apply.
Submission Plan: Applicants are to submit a project plan, not exceeding 400 words, outlining the objectives, activities, and expected outcomes of the proposed project. It is expected the plan will include a financial budget outlining projected expenses and incomes.
Grant Amount: The maximum grant awarded by the IOPTMH per project will be € 1,000.
Reporting: A summary report will be due two months after the completion of the activity. The report will include a technical and financial report, along with photographs, illustrating the activity.
Acknowledgement: The IOPTMH should be acknowledged in all visual materials related to the project.
Schedule: Submissions will close on October 30th, 2023 and successful applicants will be notified by November 30th,2023. It is expected that projects will be completed by December 30th, 2024.
Assessment Criteria: The Executive Committee of the IOPTMH will evaluate the proposals based on the following:
Impact (25 points): The potential impact of the activity in the promotion of mental health physiotherapy.
Financial Viability (25 points): The financial support and stability of the project.
Participants and Reach (25 points): The anticipated number of participants and the potential reach of the activity.
Alignment (25 points): The degree to which the proposal aligns with the objectives of the IOPTMH.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to info@ioptmh.org
The subject line of the email should read: "Proposal Submission: [Project Name/Member Organization Name]."
The deadline for submission is October 30th, 2023, 11:59 PM [CET time zone].
